Jennifer Thomas, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and CEO of FSR Ventures and its division Beauty Results PR, connects media and clients with 30 years of passion, process, and purpose. Jennifer’s established relationships, coupled with her media relations success and marketing savvy, get FSR Ventures and Beauty Results clients’ brands noticed. From established products to new concepts and authors, Jennifer knows how to make messages resonate within industry channels. With a background as a former SVP of Hill & Knowlton and a former sales director of a top wellness brand, Jennifer has proven success in making media happen. She also translates her PR experience as an adjunct instructor for Virginia Commonwealth University and a guest instructor for Bowling Green State University and Ashland University.

Jennifer has presented at conferences including the Clean Beauty Virtual Summit, HBA Global, American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), PRSA’s Counselor’s Academy, National Association of Convenience Stores, Florida Public Relations Association SWFL Chapter and more. She has also been a speaker for the PRSA student chapter at Ashland University.
To further exposure and build brand momentum, Jennifer also manages social media campaigns, from content planning and posting to realizing top interaction and audience engagement. Jennifer graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from Bowling Green State University.
